Hello everyone.  I have had such a delightful week.  Two of my daughters, son-in-law and grandkids have been visiting. We have really had an enjoyable time together.  It is time for them to go home as school will be starting here shortly.

Love your little Ava, your papers, and those flower embellishments. Our school doesn't start till after Labor Day!!! Yikes!

  5. I love the way you've colored her...the shading on her skirt is so pretty. And that ribbon treatment, yummy and so perfect for this card. Glad you had a great visit...my niece and I are going for an overnight girls trip about an hour or so from here in the mountains that I was posting about on Friday. Will try and take some more pics and post next week. Take care and have a great rest of your week.

  8. Hi Nancy yes I'm back. I love your card Ava is so so cute and such pretty colours. Great for a first day of school or someone just starting. So glad you had a great time with your family it's just so important. We had some wonderful sunshine and the boys were swimming now we are home it's cold and raining. You said the children are due back at school how long is there summer break ? Ours is 6 weeks.

  10. Nancy this is so sweet! I love this adorable image and the soft colors you used to color her. Your handmade flowers are so perfect - they fit right in with the papers you used. I don't want to even think about back to school yet - we are all enjoying summer too much for it to end so soon! Hope you're having a good week.
