RECIPE BOOK

I have needed some sanity in my life and so I finished a project that I needed to have done for the middle of January. Back in October, I commited to help make a recipe book. There are twelve of us making this book. We each have a month of the year that we have picked and enter a recipe that we use during that month. I picked December. I have lots of recipes that I use during this month. However, my family love my Cinnamon Rolls and so this is the recipe that I picked. I normally make them either at Thanksgiving or Christmas or any other time the kids and grand kids can talk me into making them. This year my daughter-in-law wanted them for her birthday instead of a Birthday cake.....so, that is what she got. It really makes me happy that they like them so much.
They are our family's favorite. I hope you enjoy.

The Image is from Digital Doodling by Wendy called "Mrs. Tilly Claus" and I used Copic markers.

Thanks for visiting my blog.

  7. Oma, What ever you like...I just sprinkle it over the butter and brown sugar. Pretty fair amount that covers the whole surface of the rolled out dough. Hope that helps...I don't use any set amount.

  9. Also, after you roll up you dough, cut them into about 1 1/2 inch rolls. They make nice big ones that way. Hope you enjoy!
