A Mother's Work

I have had a very busy weekend with Logan's birthday party and family here. It was wonderful! We had such a great day yesterday. We ended up having the party in my back yard. It was kind of windy and cold even though there was no rain...which we were very happy about. My son and daughter-in-law got a blow out house that the kids played in the whole time.....jumping to their heart content. We had hotdogs and hamburgers. Anyway, it turned out to be a very nice day.
I colored up this image from Sarah Kay a few days ago and decided to make a card. No challenges, just for fun. I have just really enjoyed these sweet images and can't leave them alone. I used paper from Stampin Up and DVWV. Stampin Up pastels and I used my Copics: Y08, YG11, E93, E33, E00, E02, RV42 ans E31. I hope you enjoy my little creation.

Thanks for visiting my blog.

  2. You're coloring is just awesome, Nancy! You're like me, we love those Sarah Kay images - at least you take the time to ink yours up; but it is inspiring me because I've collected all that are free. Heehee...should do something sweet with them. It sounds like you all had a blast with the birthday celebrations; sounded so relaxing. *sigh* I miss that kind of stuff, really! :-) Have a super week!
