Hi everyone, what a nice three day weekend...even if I did have to go into work on monday so that I didn't get behind with my work. Actually, I will admit that I worked from home so it wasn't too bad. I got off work on Friday a little early so that was nice too. My kids were off camping and having a good time. However, it was very nice to have my grandson here with me for the weekend. I always enjoy having him here. Another week has rolled around and here it is Wednesday again. I always look so forward to Wednesday to see what my fellow DT mates have created. I am always in awe at the beautiful cards that they produce each week.
Why don't you come and take a look. I would love to have you join us over at

That is so cute and i just love the image. Gorgeous flowers!
ReplyDeleteNancy, what a wonderful card! I love Meljen's images too - they are so fun and cheerful! Your color combination is great and I'm such a fan of embossing - it really brings out the color in card stock and makes a card stand out so well! Great flowers! Good that you had a nice weekend even if you had to work from home. I used to do the same to stay on top of things - nothing like stress when you get behind, huh?
ReplyDeleteGreat minds think alike! I'm glad we used the same image and I love your flowers. Your coloring of the blue jeans is just perfect.
ReplyDeletePeace & Luv,

ReplyDeleteIt is sooooo nice to still see some bright colors. It has been a bit gloomy here in Alberta and you can tell Fall is coming so your card made me smile yesterday and this morning. We had a great long weekend too, so glad to hear you did too. It is awesome to see what the DT's do with the sketches too. I really enjoyed working with it.
