Sweet Sketch Wednesday 146 and Digi Stamp Boutique

Well, winter finally hit Northern Arizona.  We got over 16 inches of snow on Sunday and Monday.  Flagstaff got a couple of feet or more of snow.  My daugther was here and ended up staying an extra day because the roads were so bad.   It was sure fun having her visit.  I hated to see her go home.

Here are a couple of pictures.  This was taken on Tuesday night. The snow had melted quit a bit by then as the temperatures were up into the 50's today.

On with this weeks sponsor over at

  1. Nancy, you poor dear, when I read your email about the snow it was bad enough but to see it in pictures, I am so ready for Spring and would hate to get snow now, but it is what it is. Hopefully it will melt soon. Love both of your cards this week, and look like you new die works wonders. I adore the rosettes. Love the way your cards are so different from the same sketch, that is the great thing with our team, how we all can look so different and still be the same, lol. hugs to you, stay warm and safe.

  2. WOW! Snow, I can not believe it...We hear in MI have had the lightest winter ever. I have flowers and trees blooming in my yard, it is glorious, yet weird. I hope you have enjoyed you visit with your daughter.

  3. Nancy, I know the snow is probably very disruptive for you but I would be in my glory if we had a fall of snow like that, we get very little here & you wouldn't believe how excited I get lol!
Both your cards are as sweet as can be. Beautiful papers & fab colouring. Enjoy the rest of your week :)

  6. Hi Nancy I just can't believe the weather you're having for this time of year is that normal??? Well what's normal now a days with our weather patterns??? It's autumn here and we are meant to have a really hot day as good as any summers day. Patti asked me about the autumn leaves and colours here, it hasn't happened yet everything is so green but when it does I'll take a photo for her and post it.
I love your cards this week very very cute and I just adore your wonderful bright colours. That rosette flower from Tim Holts is very cute I've been admiring it since I saw your card on SBS. Hope all is well with you have a lovely weekend.

P.S You asked me about my blog header yes it's a photo of our weeping flowering cherry tree, I look out onto it from my kitchen window it's so pretty, an umbrella of pink and the wisteria is in flower at the some time. Both look so yummy but the mauve wisteria has to be my very favourite.
