Mojo Monday is a wonderful challenge blog. I always look forward to these challenges every week. This was a really fun card to do. I can't seem to get away from the butterflies. This is a new one. I love the trail of flowers and vines.

Fondant Wedding Cake in Lavander Colors

I made this wedding cake for my niece. I used fresh flowers in lavender and white. There is a decorative trim work around each layer. The lavender ribbon and pearls adds a nice touch to finishing off each layer. The cake is on a silver tray. It was a very elegant cake.

Caardvark Challenge- Baby Set

This Caardvark challenge was really fun to do. I have been wanting to put a baby set together. I did this one for my daughter.

Sweet Sketch Wednesday 7- Color Challenge

My computer crashed on saturday and I am trying to get this posted from my laptop. I had to add some programs and get everything set up. It has been a little frustrating to say the least. I really hope my boss will be able to get my computer going again as I work from home some of the time as well as posting cards. I hope everyone has had a wonderful week. We have really been looking forward to this challenge this week at Sweet Sketch Wednesday. It is our second color challenge. I really had fun with this card. I love the color combinations. Thery are really pretty together. We are really excited about all of our new followers. We would love to see everyone post a card and join in with the challenge. We hope all of you will. I have really had a busy week at work and on top of it , my computer crashed. Thank heavens for my boss. He got me up and going again. We are right in the middle of monsoon season and the power goes out alot. I really isn't helping my computer at all. I am really lucky to be able to get this card posted tonight. Fondant Princess Cake

I made this cake for my granddaughters birthday this year. She loves having a special cake made every year and we always try to out do the year before. This is made from a Wilton cake mold. I used fondant for the skirt and bodice of the dress. The head and body is a pic that is also from Wilton. The bottom cake is covered in cream cheese frosting. Hope you enjoy the cakes that I post.

FRIENDS FOREVER-MOJO95

It has been a very busy week and I haven't gotten much done on my blog. I had all my children home this week. We had a wonderful time together. We had most of our grandchildren here as well. It was a houseful...lots of fun and laughter. It has been several years since everyone has been home.
I am posting my card for MOJO95 late this week.. I got it together last night after everyone left. My house is pretty quite......

A Tweetie Bird Thanks

I found this sketch at tuesdaymorningsketches It is such a cute card made up. I have seen several of my blog friends that have used it and their cards are darling. I used paper by We R Memory Keeper. It was a designer Scarpbook Pad...called NoNsense. That is it.....the bird and paper all from the paper pack. No stamps this time. Oops.....just one. "Thanks " by studio G.

Fondant Wedding Cake- Yellow and Lavender

It is time to post one of the wedding cake that I have made again. This cake is done with fresh flowers and I really like working with them. Most of the cakes that I make, I use artificial flowers. So, it is a nice change once in awhile to use the fresh ones. The cake is made with fondant frosting and has little white royal frosting flowers on it. I used a mirror under the cake which gave the cake a nice accent. Hope you enjoy. I love making them.
